Join us for a screening of 15 Days, followed by a talkback with director Natalya Murakhver. What began as "15 days to flatten the curve" became 500+ days of school closures for millions of American children. While the public was told there was scientific consensus, dissenting voices were raising urgent alarms — and were largely silenced. 15 Days documents who those voices were and what happened when institutions refused to listen. The film features public health experts, education experts, and Dr. Jay Bhattacharya — now Director of the NIH — among the dozens of researchers, parents, and teachers who pushed back against policies that kept schools shuttered long after the evidence warranted it. This is a film made for a Heterodox Academy audience: it's about false consensus, the suppression of legitimate scientific debate, and the children who bore the consequences. https://events.cornell.edu/event/15-days-with-director-director-natalya-murakhver
